Job scope:
-Reporting directly to Head Baker, Measure, Mix and shape ingredients according to recipes
-Eye for detail during mix, proof, shape, and bake
-Prepare a wide variety of artisan bakery products, such as sourdough, croissants, bagels etc…
-Ensure all baking equipment are clean and kept properly
